1. Ownership of Content

Unless otherwise stated, all content made available on this website, including but not limited to text, reports, publications, graphics, images, logos, icons, audio and video materials, and downloadable files (collectively, “Content”) is the intellectual property of the Global Financial Stability Authority (GFSA) and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and treaties.

2. Permitted Use

You may access, view, download, and print materials from the GFSA website for personal, informational, and non-commercial use, provided that:

  • You do not modify the Content;
  • You retain all copyright and proprietary notices;
  • You properly attribute the source as “Global Financial Stability Authority (GFSA)”.

This permission does not include the right to:

  • Reproduce the Content for commercial distribution;
  • Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works;
  • Use GFSA’s name, logo, or materials for promotional or advertising purposes without prior written consent.

3. Educational and Research Use

Institutions, educators, researchers, and media organizations may use GFSA materials for educational or scholarly purposes with proper attribution, and provided the use is consistent with fair use principles and the terms of this notice.

4. Use of GFSA Logo

The GFSA name, emblem, and logo are the exclusive property of the Global Financial Stability Authority and are protected under trademark and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or imitation of the GFSA logo in any form is strictly prohibited without prior written approval from GFSA.

5. Translations

GFSA permits the translation of its documents by third parties only with prior written authorization. Any translation must include the following disclaimer:

“This translation was not created by the Global Financial Stability Authority (GFSA). GFSA is not responsible for the content or accuracy of this translation.”

6. Requests for Permission

If you wish to reproduce, distribute, adapt, translate, or otherwise use any GFSA content beyond the scope permitted above, please submit a written request including:

  • The material you wish to use
  • Purpose and context of the use
  • Format (digital, print, media, etc.)
  • Target audience and distribution area
