International Securities & Commodities Alerts Network (I-SCAN)

GFSA collects alerts and notifications from its members regarding firms that are not authorized to offer investment-related services within the jurisdictions that issue the alerts. In many cases, these unauthorized entities either adopt names resembling licensed firms or falsely present themselves as being affiliated with legitimate institutions.

The alerts and warnings listed below are submitted voluntarily by GFSA members. Each alert’s content is solely the responsibility of the member organization that issued it. It is important to note that this compilation does not represent an exhaustive record of all alerts or warnings from every GFSA member.

The date displayed next to a GFSA member’s name indicates when the corresponding alert or warning was added to this list.
